We found them – the STEM-talents of tomorrow!
As part of the IngCH MINT for our future Technology Week, we had the chance to introduce our innovation process to young talents once again this year.
It was a great pleasure for us to see how much creativity, fun and initiative the young people brought to this challenging task: To move the ping-pong balls in the floating bucket. The students certainly had plenty of ideas.
It quickly became clear how important it is to test the ideas early and in an environment as realistic as possible - a great insight into our front-end development process.

It was a great pleasure for us to see with how much creativity the young talents approached the challenging tasks and with how much fun and effort they solved them. It was fascinating how imaginative and different the ways were, which the young people found to get the ping-pong balls into a bucket. It quickly became clear to them how important it is to test the ideas they develop in a realistic environment. This gave them a great insight into our front-end development process.
It's always a great pleasure to see just how much our young talents have to offer. We would like to thank each and every one of you and wish you all the best for your future!
In a world spinning faster and faster, holistic innovation is the key to lasting progress. Particularly in the area of sustainable energy exciting developments are taking place, which require the innovative use of materials or even innovative new materials.

We are delighted to participate in an event on the subject of "the importance of materials expertise for innovative products", organised by our partner Suisse TP, the Swiss centre of expertise for material-based solutions.
The fastening elements developed by Quo reduce material requirements and weight to a minimum. With HEXAGON, a new characteristic design language was also developed, which gives Colltex and its products a unique recognition value.
Closing jackets with zippers quickly becomes an obstacle for people with tactile impairments in everyday life.
We have developed ZipUp in collaboration with the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation. A practical, discreet product including a holistic service. ZipUp supports those affected in everyday life and gives them back a great deal of autonomy.

As part of the "Girls - Technology - Go!" programme, five girls were able to get a taste of what it's like to work as an engineer at Quo on Future Day and even lend a hand themselves.
We are pleased that our enthusiasm was contagious, because we would like to see more women in MINT professions!
